The research group "Justice and Inclusion for Vulnerable Groups" focuses on advancing human rights and social inclusion for vulnerable persons through justice and the rule of law. Despite the ambiguity surrounding the term vulnerability and vulnerable groups, we could identify a vulnerable person as any person who is most susceptible to harm in case of danger, such as refugees, detainee, youth, children, women, persons with disabilities and others. Our work emphasizes the importance of research dissemination and engagement with academic communities and communities of practice through projects, workshops and conferences, fostering dialogue on critical issues such as collective security, environmental justice, political inclusion, and social change from national and international legal perspectives. We conduct research papers, field studies, and academic consultations to understand how digitalization impacts vulnerable persons and their rights through the lens of media and communication. We also investigate the intersection of governance, public authorities, and the experiences of vulnerable ​persons. Our primary goal is to explore how justice can amplify the ​voices of vulnerable groups and drive meaningful social change, particularly in times of crises.

​تختص المجموعة البحثية "العدالة والإدماج للفئات الاكثر هشاشة" على تعزيز حقوق الإنسان والإدماج الاجتماعي والاقتصادي والسياسي للأشخاص الأكثر هشاشة من خلال العدالة وسيادة القانون. على الرغم من صعوبة تعريف الهشاشة والفئات الهشة فانه بالامكان اعتبار الشخص الاكثر هشاشة هو اي شخص في حال تعرضه للخطر يكون اكثر قابلية للضرر واكثر تأثرا به مثل اللاجئين والمعتقلين والشباب والأطفال والنساء والأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة وآخرين. يرتكز عمل المجموعة البحثية على تعزيز الحوار بين المجتمع الأكاديمي والمؤسسات الممارسة للعمل القانوني والتنموي عبر المؤتمرات والندوات والمشاريع حول القضايا المعاصرة مثل الأمن الجماعي والعدالة البيئية والإدماج السياسي والتغيير الاجتماعي من وجهات نظر قانونية​ وطنية ودولية. تهدف المجموعة لإجراء أوراق بحثية ودراسات ميدانية واستشارات أكاديمية لدراسة تأثير الرقمنة والتكنولوجيا واستراتيجيات التواصل على الأشخاص الأكثر هشاشة بحقوقهم. كما تهتم المجموعة بموضوعات الحوكمة وعلاقة السلطة العامة بحقوق الأشخاص الأكثر هشاشة. تبحث المجموعة أيضا في دور العدالة في إيصال أصوات الفئات الأكثر هشاشة لدفع التغيير الاجتماعي خاصة في أوقات الأزمات.​
